      Do you work outside Toronto?

      Yes. We support small businesses across Canada and worldwide with remote help desk, security, monitoring, websites, AI projects and online training. On-site visits are available across the Greater Toronto Area. Growth includes up to two a month, and Pro includes them whenever needed.

      Do you help with personal or home IT?

      Yes. Besides businesses, we help individuals and families with slow or infected computers, home Wi-Fi, printers, phones, hacked email or social media accounts, scam checks and photo backups. Remote fixes start at $45 and home visits in the GTA at $65. Our Home Care plan looks after a whole household for $19 a month.

      How does the call-back service work?

      Ask our free AI helper first. If you're still stuck, reserve a call back in the chat or on this page. A technician calls you at the time you choose and fixes the issue remotely or on-site. You'll know the price before any work starts. Home remote fixes are $45 and home visits start at $65. Business support is $69 an hour remote or $99 an hour on-site.

      Who is ITPlusCyber Academy for?

      Anyone who wants practical IT or security skills: people starting an IT career, IT pros moving into cybersecurity, and businesses that want staff to spot scams and work safely. Beginner courses need no experience.

      Do you run the certification exams?

      No. We help you prepare with lessons, hands-on labs and practice exams. You book and pay for the exam itself with the certification provider, such as CompTIA, Cisco, Fortinet or ISC2.

      What are the practical labs?

      Safe practice environments where you use real tools, such as a firewall, Windows networking commands and email headers, to complete guided tasks. You can make mistakes without breaking anything.

      Is the AI helper really free?

      Yes. Ask it about any IT or security problem, any time, and it will walk you through what to try. When something needs hands-on help, it will suggest a call back from a technician or a free consultation with our team.

      How are your prices lower than other Toronto IT companies?

      We're a small, remote-first team. Most fixes happen over a secure remote connection in minutes, routine checks like updates and backup tests are automated, and we don't pay for a big office or a sales team. You get business-grade security tools, and the savings stay with you.
